PUBLIC PARTICIPATION ON
THE
COUNTY ANNUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR 2024-2025
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 207 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010, Section 8 (c) of the County Governments Act 2012 the County Assembly of Kwale hereby announces public participation forums for the ADP 2024-2025. These shall be conducted commencing 16th -20th January, 2024 starting at 10.00 a.m. as scheduled below.

Copies of the proposed ADP 2024-2025 are available at every Ward Administrator’s office and in the County Assembly website www.kwaleassembly.go.ke
Members of the public, Civil Society Organisations, Community Based Organizations (CBOs), Faith Based Organizations (FBOs) are hereby encouraged to participate in this Planning process.
Written memoranda may be forwarded to the Clerk to County Assembly at the Clerk’s office directly or through e-mail: memorandum@kwaleassembly.go.ke on or before 20th January, 2024.

CANCELLING OF PUBLIC PARTICIPATION MEETINGS
This is to notify members of the public and members of civil society groups that due to the heavy
rains throughout the county and the closing of roads and bridges the above mentioned exercise has
been cancelled in the following wards:
1. Mwereni
2. Kubo South
3. Ndavaya
4. Kasemeni
We are kindly requesting members of the public/civil society groups with any input on the said

NOTIFICATION FOR INTERVIEWS – CLERK OF THE COUNTY ASSEMBLY
Subsequent to the advertisement for a vacancy in the position of Clerk of the County Assembly that appeared in The Standard and The Star Newspapers on 14th June, 2023, the candidates in the attached document have been shortlisted. They are therefore required to appear for interviews at the Assembly’s Complex on the 14th July, 2023 at 8.00 am.
